Kyle Gerstel, Digital Editor
Kyle Gerstel (he/him) is the Digital Editor for The Islander and this is his fourth year as part of the publication. Outside of school, Kyle serves as the Producing Artistic Director of Penguin Productions and a member of the TeenTix Editorial Staff. He enjoys eating s’mores made with dark chocolate, rewatching “The Social Network” and entering Ashwin Krishnaswamy’s house without his knowledge. Kyle believes journalism exists as a check on power, and he strives to make The Islander’s work this year stay true to that mission.
