Esme Dixon is a Staff Writer for the Islander, and this is her first (very exciting!) year of journalism. Outside of school she really enjoys being an active member of the Seattle theater scene and going camping with her Girl Scout troop. When she’s not out doing new and thrilling things, you can find her sitting in her room playing guitar or reading a good book.
