The MIHS Girls Soccer team celebrated both their 7-0 blowout against Juanita and their senior players on Thursday, Oct 23.
Fans enthusiastically cheered on seniors Blakeley Bourke, Gabby Fredrick, Sadie Kim, Steffi Kim, Anna Mock and Leigh Wohl at halftime, as they walked across the field with their families. The commendations were heart-warming, and had many seniors and their families tearing up.
Bourke, Mock, Wohl and Kim all scored against Juanita, along with junior Hayden Feimster, and freshmen Madi Hagstrom and Ashtyn Shelton. The team’s energy made the night so special, as they danced to celebrate each goal and showed love and support for each senior.
Cheer on MIHS Girls Soccer in their playoff game this Saturday at Bellevue, taking on their rivals.
